Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Kids Invent Stuff feedback prize draws connected with The Invention Shed.

Family feedback prize draw – LEGO® set

Families who complete The Invention Shed feedback survey can choose to enter a prize draw to win one LEGO® set.

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian email address must be provided.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  3. Survey questions are optional unless marked as required for administration purposes.
  4. Only one entry per household will be counted.
  5. The prize draw opens on [INSERT DATE] and closes at 11:59pm on [INSERT DATE].
  6. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  7. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the closing date.
  8. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Kids Invent Stuff reserves the right to select another winner.
  9. The prize is one LEGO® set. The exact set may vary and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  10. There is no cash alternative.
  11. Employees of Kids Invent Stuff, Gulliver’s Valley Resort, project partners, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

School and home education prize draw – free workshop session

Schools and home education groups who complete the feedback survey can choose to enter a separate prize draw to win one free Kids Invent Stuff workshop session.

  1. The prize draw is open to UK schools and UK-based home education groups.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  3. Survey questions are optional unless marked as required for administration purposes.
  4. Only one entry per school or home education group will be counted.
  5. The prize draw opens on [INSERT DATE] and closes at 11:59pm on [INSERT DATE].
  6. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  7. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the closing date.
  8. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Kids Invent Stuff reserves the right to select another winner.
  9. The prize is one free Kids Invent Stuff workshop session.
  10. The workshop must be booked on a mutually agreed date, subject to Kids Invent Stuff availability.
  11. The prize does not include travel or accommodation costs unless agreed in writing by Kids Invent Stuff.
  12. There is no cash alternative.
  13. Employees of Kids Invent Stuff, Gulliver’s Valley Resort, project partners, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

Use of data

Personal information collected through the survey will only be used to administer the relevant prize draw, contact the winner, and send occasional Kids Invent Stuff updates where consent has been given.

Anonymised feedback may be used by Kids Invent Stuff and project partners for evaluation, reporting, funding, and promotional purposes.

General terms

  1. By entering either prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Kids Invent Stuff reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw either prize draw if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
  3. Kids Invent Stuff’s decision is final.
