We set a new invention challenge every month, each with a new theme and a new opportunity for kids to have their invention ideas brought to life on our YouTube channel!

Our challenges our open to all children aged 4-11, anywhere in the World. Check out our latest challenge here. And everything we do is free, thanks to our brilliant sponsors.

Current Challenge

Have you got an amazing invention idea? We want to see it!

Our current challenge is completely open, which means you can submit ANY invention idea you like. It could solve a problem, make life easier, help an animal, make somebody laugh, or just be wonderfully silly. The more creative, the better!

The Kids Invent Stuff team might pick your invention idea and bring it to life in our workshop. Then we turn it into a video for our YouTube channel for the whole world to see.

How to enter:
1. Download our invention sheet
2. Draw your invention idea – don’t forget to include labels and a description!
2. Submit your invention idea either online, by post (to Kids Invent Stuff, Alison Business Centre, Alison Crescent, S2 1AS) or by e-mail.

Kids Invent Stuff recently visited our school, and their KS1 workshop was a huge hit! Libby’s energy captivated the children, inspiring them to explore STEM with creativity and confidence.

A highlight was designing imaginative inventions in a fun, supportive environment. The chocolate welding workshop was especially engaging, teaching basic engineering through a delicious hands-on activity!

The session sparked curiosity, encouraged problem-solving, and left students eager to learn more. We highly recommend Kids Invent Stuff to any school looking to inspire young minds and make STEM exciting!
